St. Francis Xavier Catholic School launches new three-to-five-year Strategic Plan
Earlier this fall, St. Francis Xavier Catholic School launched its new Strategic Plan, which identified objectives for the school over the next three to five years.
Last year, St. Francis Xavier School collected data from school parents and parishioners. Then, individuals from the St. Francis Xavier school, parish, and diocesan communities participated in planning committees in the following focus areas:
Mission and Catholic Identity
Governance and Leadership
Academic Excellence
Operational Vitality
Marketing and Development
Superintendent of Catholic Schools Margaret Dubose facilitated the planning process and worked with St. Francis Xavier Principal Mary Paige Griffin over the summer to complete the plan.
St. Francis Xavier parishioners received a copy of the completed Strategic Plan in the mail at the beggining of October. If you are not a St. Francis Xavier parishioner or would like to view the Strategic Plan digitally, you may access it online here:

“Together, we can continue to strengthen St. Francis Xavier Catholic School, ensuring it remains a place where faith, reason, and complete human flourishing are made manifest for many years to come,” wrote Ms. Griffin to parishioners in September. “To God be the glory!”
