After School Care (ASC)
A regular school day at St. Francis Xavier begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. with the exception of Mondays, which end at 2:00 p.m. Parents have 30 minutes before and after school to drop off and pick up their scholars. However, we understand that some families have busy schedules. This is why St. Francis Xavier offers After School Care (ASC) each day for all students.
Preschool students must be picked up from ASC by 5:30 PM. All other students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. Annual registration for ASC for the 2025-2026 school year is $40.00 per child. Before School Care (BSC)
St. Francis Xavier Catholic School also offers Before School Care (BSC) for students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. BSC begins at 7:00 a.m. Students dropped off between this time and 7:30 a.m. will be sent to BSC. There is an annual registration fee of $40 for BSC, plus a $2 daily charge per student. The $40 registration fee also covers registration for ASC (see above).
